The Warner Brothers Ranch Backlot in Burbank, CA will undergo a redevelopment to make way for 16 soundstages and an office complex.

The Ranch has been home to a number of recognizable movies and television shows. Dennis the Menace, The Patridge Family, and National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation are just a few of the iconic productions that have taken place at The Ranch over the years.

New Hudson Facades will be working on the Creative Office Building that will feature state-of-the-art indoor production facilities, and the Studio Operations Buildings which will directly support the sound stages. This unique redevelopment of such a famous site in movie history will provide new opportunities for NHF.

Production is slated to begin mid-2024.
