The Warner Brothers Ranch Backlot in Burbank, CA underwent a redevelopment to make way for 16 soundstages and an office complex.

The Ranch has hosted countless recognizable productions over the decades. Dennis the Menace, The Partridge Family, and National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation are among a few.

New Hudson Facades completed the Creative Office Building (COB) with advanced indoor production facilities. The team also delivered the Studio Operations Buildings (SOB) in direct support of the soundstages. The project represents a rare opportunity to contribute to the evolution of a site deeply rooted in Hollywood history.

Architecturally, the Creative Office Building is defined by cantilevered curtain wall units with integrated wood-grain metal panels that frame the primary façade elevations. The Studio Operations Buildings feature streamlined, monochromatic curtain wall systems that are clean and modern.

Additional scope included curtain wall canopies at all soundstage side doors and a prominent main entrance canopy serving as the primary gateway to the studio lot.

Production began in mid-2024 and was completed in early 2025, with final project closeout occurring in September 2025.
