Century City Center will be an exciting addition to the Avenue of the Stars in the Century City neighborhood of Los Angeles. This office building will stand 552 feet tall and 38 stories high upon completion.

Designed by architecture firm Johnson Fain, Century City Center will feature faceted corners and cutouts, along with exterior fins and sunshades to achieve a modern geometric design aesthetic. Additionally, there will be balconies on levels 4 to 18 with unique multiple pane sliders.

NHF began production in October of 2023. The high rise developed by JMB Realty is slated to be completed in Q2 of 2025.
