Century City Center is a striking new addition to Avenue of the Stars, anchoring the skyline of the Century City neighborhood.

Rising 552 feet and 38 stories, the tower delivers a bold architectural presence within one of Los Angeles’s most prominent business districts.

The building’s main anchor tenant is Creative Artists Agency, a global leader in entertainment and sports representation.

Century City Center features faceted corners and dramatic cutouts, complemented by exterior fins and sunshades that create a modern, geometric aesthetic. Balconies spanning levels 4 through 18 incorporate unique multiple pane sliders, while more than eight miles of exterior architectural features articulate the tower’s façade.

New Hudson Facades began production in October 2023 and completed production in 2024. Developed by JMB Realty, the high-rise was completed at the end of 2025.
