3151 Market St. is an impressive addition to our east coast portfolio and Philadelphia projects.

Located in The Schuylkill Yards development, this 14-story Life Sciences building stands at 226 feet.

The unique façade design comprises a mix of dynamic and static glass and is the largest electrochromic installation in the Philadelphia marketplace. In addition, the building envelope has a mix of metal panels and fins, both coated in a proprietary finish to emulate patina copper.

The project began production in February of 2023 and completed installation in January of 2024.
