55 Hudson Yards is a 1.3 million sq-ft office building located at the intersection of Hudson Yards, the High Line and Hudson Park & Boulevard. Standing 780 ft tall, the LEED gold designed building was a collaboration between Kohn Pedersen Fox and architect Kevin Roche. The unique facade is inspired by the revitalized High Line district, the manufactured cast iron facades of the Soho buildings and the best of early modernism. The matte metal and stepped articulation of the window frames present a strong and solid exterior appearance. These shapes are brought to life by our talented design and engineering team through a combination of custom aluminum extrusions, castings, and built up shapes.
