New Hudson Facades is delivering 575,000 square feet of curtain wall for 70 Hudson Yards, the next tower in Related Companies and Oxford Properties Group’s Hudson Yards mixed-use development.

Designed by Roger Ferris + Partners and Gensler, the 717-foot-tall office tower features high-performance systems and complex architectural elements.

Key design features include cantilevered podium elements, large terraces across multiple office floors, and vertical sunshades that create a striking exterior grid. The all-aluminum facade incorporates triple-glazed, bird-friendly glass to meet NYC Energy Code and “City of Yes” goals.

Currently in Design Assist, production begins in May 2026, with completion in 2028.
