400 Lake Shore Drive allows us to continue our project presence in Chicago and partner with Related Midwest.

Design work on this luxury rental building was completed in 2025. Production and assembly will complete in Q1 of 2026. Field installation is ongoing and expected to top out in April of 2026.

The façade of 400 Lake Shore Drive reimagines the Chicago bay window and features extruded pilasters at the columns of the building. This structure brings to life the design concept of cascading waterfalls shown in the setbacks and terraces on the upper portion of the building.

Given the unique design and location in Chicago, this will be a great project to add to our already impressive catalog.
