400 Lake Shore Drive allows us to continue our project presence in Chicago and perform our first project with Related Midwest.

Design work has already commenced for this future luxury rental building. The visual mockup and performance mockup are slated for Q1 of 2024 and Q2 of 2024 respectively with production scheduled to start Q3 2024. Field installation will begin in 2025. The plan includes a second, south tower as part of the overall vision of the site.

Given the unique design and location in Chicago, this will be a great project to add to our already impressive catalog.
