In Manhattan’s Midtown, 270 Park Ave will occupy a full city block upon completion.

The 60-story building will stand at 1,388 feet tall with 1.2 million square feet of curtain wall. NHF began production in July of 2022 for the curtain wall units that will make up this impressive skyscraper designed by Foster + Partners.

Features of this project include triple pane glass and insulated glass units that will help with thermal control of the building. The building’s twenty outboard columns are clad in commercial bronze, and panels of the same copper nickel alloy form the eye-catching diamond shapes which decorate the east and west facades. There will also be a walkable skylight on level 17 with 8 feet tall wind screens.
