New Hudson Facades’ first residential project in Philadelphia stands at 307 ft tall and is wedged between John F. Kennedy Boulevard and the SEPTA Regional Rail.

Designed by architect Solomon Cordwell Buenz, 2301 JFK Boulevard features operable vents, decorative fins, and slab edge covers.

Levels 1-2 feature our standardized curtain wall designs, while levels 3-22 have a custom window wall designed, fabricated, and assembled by NHF. The window wall system uses air/water management concepts from our patented curtain wall system and uses polyamide thermal breaks for energy performance. This façade has a curving surface formed with segmented, prefabricated glazing units. This creates many contrasting angles, but careful value engineering allows the project to be designed with only a few unique split mullion pairs.

Production for 2301 JFK began in early 2024 and installation completed in November of 2024. PMC started leasing the 291 apartments in April of 2025
