In Denver’s Lower Downtown, 1900 Lawrence stands out among nearby buildings, while capturing the industrial feel of the neighborhood, with its newer, bolder façade.

The highly reflective glass takes in natural colors of the surrounding landscape and changes based on the weather and timing of day. This office tower features a custom lobby wall system that creates a stunning grand entrance to the building. The façade also features setbacks and slab shifts on the east and west sides of the façade to provide geometric designs and depth.

1900 Lawrence, designed by Goettsch Partners, includes balconies and terraces enclosed along the perimeter by integrated guardrail curtainwall units.

Production began in August of 2022 and installation was completed in February of 2024.
