15 Hudson Yards is a 960,000 sq-ft LEED Gold designed residential building, located at the northeast corner of 30th street and 11th avenue.
Designed by Diller Scofdio + Renfro and Rockwell Group, 15 Hudson Yards stands more than 900 ft tall. The facade on this building is marked by the gradual and continuous transition from a rectangle at the base, to a clover leaf shape at the top of house. The NHF team is accustomed to geometrical challenges like this and provided continuous support to the design team throughout the process to deliver a buildable, cost-effective design that adhered to the architect’s singular vision for this morphing facade.
15 Hudson Yards was the first residential building at Hudson Yards. Construction on 15 Hudson Yards began in the fall of 2014.
