1111 South Tryon is a 44-story commercial mixed-use tower located in Charlotte, NC, and marks New Hudson Facades’ first project in the Southeast region.

Developed by Riverside Investment and Development, designed by Goettsch Partners, and built by Clark Construction, this project represents our fourth collaboration with this trusted team and continues a partnership more than a decade strong.

New Hudson Facades will deliver approximately 300,000 square feet of façade systems, including window wall, curtainwall, metal panel cladding, vestibules, doors, and a custom lobby feature wall. A key highlight is the dramatic lobby feature wall with 33-foot mullions and large-format glass.

Production for 1111 South Tryon began in Q1 of 2026, with installation scheduled for completion in Q4 of 2027.
